Looking for an affordable apartment in Austin, TX that captures the city’s vibrant energy? Property tours and leasing specials begin at 2 PM, with afternoon jams by our very ownDJ Berlin. Enjoy outdoor games (like our custom made cornhole) and complimentary drinks courtesy ofHi Sign Brewery and Momo’s Michelada Mix. Lemon & Leaf will also be back, serving up custom lemonades.
🍹 As the sun sets, the party continues.
Our patio bar will open in the evening with complimentary cocktails from Goodnight Loving Vodka and more brews from Hi Sign. Then, join us poolside forlive music hosted in collaboration with the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM), featuring performances byJane Leo, The Reverent Few, and our very own resident musicians, The Broken View.

The event is free, but space is limited. All invitees must RSVP for themselves and their guests. Please RSVP early to secure your spot and help us manage capacity.
🚗 Parking is very limited, so we strongly encourage ridesharing or other transportation options for your guests. A designated drop-off area will be located at the end of the new entertainment/activities area.
